Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced IT staffing account manager to lead and grow key client accounts in the IT staffing domain. You will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and deliver tailored talent solutions.

Collaborating with recruitment teams, you will ensure timely delivery, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and oversee PnL for designated accounts, with growth opportunities into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Proven IT staffing or recruitment services experience.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strategic, consultative approach to client engagement.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools is a plus.

• Oversee Profit and Loss (PnL) management for assigned accounts
