Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) role at Tirupati Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote studio services, including destination wedding coverage. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with the photography team to understand service offerings, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Basic marketing and communication skills to support promotions, social media outreach, and branding activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present services clearly and handle client queries professionally.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort with using phones, email, and basic office software; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in photography, events, or related industries, is beneficial.
