Job summary

MSN Group is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee production planning, coordination across geographies, and tender management. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with QA/QC, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, Export, and Legal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory, demand planning interfaces with sales, and support pricing, tenders, and market entry strategies while monitoring receivables and contributing to budgeting and P&L

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing sites/CMOs for production planning and timelines
• Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Follow up with P&D team for artwork development and approvals
• Handle tenders and opportunity-based business coordination
• Support internal teams in submission and execution of tenders
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid stock-outs/overstocking
• Monitor demand planning with sales and demand planning teams
• Oversee order processing and product availability
• Ensure accuracy of shipping and export documentation
• Coordinate for agreements conclusion and approvals with internal stakeholders
• Liaise with legal team for contract review and execution
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and clearance
• Ensure compliance with GDP and market-specific requirements
• Ensure accurate export documentation (LCs, COOs, final dispatch document)
• Work closely with QA/QC, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, Export, and Legal teams
• Support for internal review meetings
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives
• Assist in pricing, tenders, and market entry strategies

Role & responsibilities
