MSN Group in Hyderabad is seeking a project management lead to monitor and coordinate global product launches with the RA team. You will track regulatory dates, submit required documents, and ensure alignment with QA/QC, BD, and supply planning to meet market timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing docs, tracking packaging artwork, and ensuring timely dispatch to global distributors and enterprise clients. Strong communication and cross-functional skills are essential.

• Coordinate for manufacturing documents (MFR, BMR, BOMs) and quality/compliance docs (COAs, validation, stability data).
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to secure forecasts and allocations.
• Slot batches into monthly production calendars with Production & Scheduling teams.
• Track packaging artwork timelines to prevent launch delays across countries.
• Monitor tech transfers, AMT, batch releases and stability testing with QA.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on storage, inventory logging and space for new stock.
• Plan and execute final dispatch to global B2C distributors or B2B clients.

• Project management leads/supports in the NPL team need to closely monitor global registration timelines of planned launches in coordination with RA team. Post-submission by RA, they need to track exact market approval dates, variation filings, PRI receipts etc. They should also work closely with IP teams to understandthe developments wrt launch possibilities and timelines.


• Dynamically plan activities to meet both B2C and B2B launch dates across different markets.


• Coordinate with internal departments to compile, verify, and submit technical documents required by BD/ RA/ QA/ QC teams etc.Must coordinate for both manufacturing-related documents (like MFR, BMR, BPR, BOMs) and quality/compliance documents (such as COAs, Process validation reports, and stability data reports). Actively track change control approvals and artwork development.


• Collaborate with Demand Planning to lock down market forecasts and with Supply Planning & sourcing to secure RM/PM and capacity allocations in time.


• Work with the Production and Scheduling teams to slot batches into the 'R' & 'C' of monthly manufacturing calendar.


• Track the design, approval, and procurement timelines of country-specific packaging materials artwork to prevent launch delays.


• Partner with QA to monitor tech transfers, AMT, batch releases, stability testing timelines, and compliance sign-offs.


• Coordinate with Warehouse teams regarding storage conditions, inventory logging, and space allocation for new product stocks.


• Partner closely with BD-operations to plan, track, and execute the final dispatch of goods to global B2C distributors or B2B enterprise clients.

• Desirable: Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between commercial teams (BD) and technical plant operations (QA, Production, QC Packaging & WH.

• Tools: Proficiency in SAP would be an added advantage wrt tracking supply chain milestones.
