Job summary

Flair Mania Group in India is seeking a friendly bartender to prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beers while following company recipes.

You will provide excellent guest service, handle transactions, keep the bar clean, stay updated on the menu, and work with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle cash transactions and balance cash at end of shifts.

• Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, health, and alcohol regulations. Ensure responsible alcohol service, including checking IDs when necessary.
• Cash handling: Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and ensure proper balancing at the end of shifts.
• Menu knowledge: Stay updated on the drink menu, promotions, and any special offerings. Provide recommendations to customers.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
