Hilton Hotels is seeking a Food Beverage Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service and create welcoming dining experiences for guests. The Food Beverage Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests. As the first point of contact for customers, the associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, understanding guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the organizations commitment to quality service.
This role involves greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. The Food Beverage Associate is also responsible for maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas, preparing tables for service, processing payments accurately, and resolving guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, the associate works closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery, supports inventory replenishment and stock management, and adheres to all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
