The Frame in Delhi’s Lodhi Art District seeks a skilled Bartender to join our immersive hospitality team. You will master cocktails, wine, and beverage service while delivering personalized, high-end experiences to discerning guests.

With a passion for hospitality, you will maintain impeccable presentation, clean work areas, and precise mise-en-place, collaborating closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless beverage service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or upscale bars.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage profiles.
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service while engaging confidently with guests.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and dining choices and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and garnish.
• Complete daily bar mise-en-place, including garnishes, syrups, juices, infusions, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation, and presentation of the bar.
• Monitor bar stock and communicate replenishment requirements to the Bar Manager.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and service-oriented Bartende r to join the team at The Frame. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, professional presentation, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain consistency and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage profiles.
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service while engaging confidently with guests.

• Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams for smooth and timely beverage service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks, cleaning, preparation, and securing the bar.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalated concerns to the manager when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or upscale bars.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Good understanding of classic cocktails and modern mixology.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.
• Well-groomed, confident, professional, and hospitality-oriented.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic bar inventory procedures is preferred.
