Hudson Manpower Inc. is recruiting for a Barista - Specialty Coffee in Kuwait. The role requires hands-on experience in espresso preparation, V60 brewing, and exceptional latte art, with a focus on guest satisfaction and quality.

You will maintain beverage standards across branches, follow SOPs, and support busy hours with flexible shifts. Strong English skills are essential; GCC familiarity is a plus. 4+ years F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of direct F&B experience with proven Barista background.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and grinder calibration.
• Excellent latte art skills (Heart, Tulip, Swan).
• Hands-on experience in V60 and other specialty brewing methods.

• Perform professional espresso extraction and maintain coffee quality.

• Prepare Latte Art designs with high standards.

• Prepare V60 coffee using proper brewing techniques.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Follow company recipes, SOPs, and operational procedures.

• Support branch operations during busy hours, events, and peak periods.

• Minimum 4 years of direct F&B experience, with proven experience as a Barista or in a senior barista position.

• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, milk steaming, and specialty coffee preparation.

• Excellent latte art skills, including Heart, Tulip, and Swan designs.

• Hands-on experience in V60 manual brewing and other specialty coffee brewing methods.

• Experience working in specialty coffee shops or premium café brands is preferred.

• Ability to maintain consistent coffee quality, beverage presentation, and brand standards across multiple branches.

• Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• Previous GCC experience is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including late hours when required.

• Strong understanding of coffee hygiene, equipment maintenance, and workplace cleanliness.
