Job summary

7 Balance in Pune district seeks team members to help build a community around specialty beverages. Candidates should have basic coffee knowledge and be ready to learn to craft beverages, manage inventories, and keep the work area clean and organized.

The role involves calibrating machines, cleaning procedures, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. Working hours are 8 hours in morning to night shifts, with one weekly off and two leave days per month.
