Join our team as a Coffee Barista and gain hands‑on experience in coffee making and customer service. Learn brewing techniques, prepare beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain equipment and cleanliness. Passion for coffee, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment is essential.

This is primarily for our new location in Alibag (Alibaug).

Role Overview:

The Barista represents Aeka’s Coffee on the floor and is responsible for delivering consistently high‑quality beverages along with a warm, confident customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and beverages as per defined SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar
• Interact confidently with customers and explain the menu
• Multitask and follow instructions accurately.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Participate actively in training and skill development programs
