Stratto in Hyderabad (India) is seeking an experienced barista to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality coffee, interacting with customers, and maintaining cleanliness.

You will guide and train junior baristas, manage inventory for the next day, and ensure accurate beverage preparation, including specialty coffees and other items like mojitos and shakes. Ideal candidates have strong customer communication, hands-on espresso skills, and a positive, reliable presence.

Qualificações

• 12 years of barista experience.
• Ability to handle critical situations.
