We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
• Train and develop bar staff to deliver excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and control costs to ensure budget targets are met
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update drink menus
