Job summary

The Happy High in Mumbai is seeking an experienced beverage professional to expand beyond daily bar service into training, education, and brand activations. You will lead bartending, mixology and beverage training, while shaping menu concepts for hospitality clients.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in the field, with at least 2 years in cocktail-focused bars, strong English, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years total professional experience in bartending, with at least 2 years at cocktail-focused bars.
• Strong understanding of Mumbai bar and hospitality scene.
• Sound knowledge of modern bartending techniques and cocktail prep.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bartending, mixology and beverage training at the academy and client locations.
• Curate cocktail menus and develop beverage concepts for hospitality clients.
• Contribute to beverage and mixology videos and digital content.
• Execute events, brand activations and consumer experiences.
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bartending, mixology and beverage training at our academy and client locations.
• Curate cocktail menus and develop beverage concepts for hospitality clients.
• Contribute to engaging beverage and mixology videos and digital content.
• Execute event bartending, brand activations and consumer experiences.
• Support business development and client engagement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience at cocktail-focused bars.
• A strong understanding of the Mumbai bar and hospitality scene.
• Sound knowledge of modern bartending techniques, cocktail preparation and efficient bar operations.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
• A proactive, adaptable and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
