Hi! We are currently hiring for the role of Restaurant Manager for our upcoming restaurant and bar located in Andheri West, Mumbai

About the company

We own and operate hospitality properties and brands across Mumbai, Nashik and Aurangabad. In Mumbai we currently own and manage 3 restaurants in Andheri West named Era, Osteria and Rikē, with a fourth one coming up for which we are looking at currently building a team. Beside this, we run two full service hotels in Nashik and Aurangabad

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
• Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
• Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
• Training and building your team
• The role includes all the roles and responsibilities expected of a restaurant manager, will be discussed in detail during our meeting

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of prior experience of having worked in the role of restaurant manager
• A degree or diploma in hospitality will be a major add on

Package

• Will be based on experience and value add the candidate brings with him/ her
• Gross package could be in the range of INR 780,000 to 900,000 Per annum + Service Charge, + GOP incentives
• Total take home pay could be in the range of INR 11,25,000 to 13,40,000 per annum
