Job summary

PeopleSense Management Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a Banking & Finance Executive to manage export banking documentation and related records. The role includes lodgement of export documents, BRC/eBRC processing, and handling both inward and outward remittances, ensuring compliance with RBI and DGFT.

You will also prepare PCFC/EPC finance applications, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with banks on trade finance and forex operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Banking & Finance (B.Com / BAF) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an export organization.
• Strong understanding of export banking procedures and forex documentation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete export banking documentation, including lodgement of export documents.
• Process Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC/eBRC) and maintain related records.
• Manage Foreign Inward and Outward Remittance documentation.
• Prepare and submit Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment finance applications (PCFC/EPC).
• Prepare and monitor Duty Drawback (DBK), DFIA, RODTEP and other export incentive documentation.
• Track and ensure timely closure of IRM, ORM, EDPMS, IDPMS and BE compliance.
• Perform daily banking transactions, bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
• Verify bank advices and upload online payments.
• Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with banks for trade finance, forex transactions and banking facilities.
• Ensure RBI, DGFT and internal banking procedures compliance.
• Support finance team during statutory and internal audits.
