Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets for financial products and services.
Identify and engage potential customers to expand the bank's customer base.
Provide financial advice and solutions aligned with customer needs and goals.
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met in all activities.
Manage customer relationships, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and experience.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Train junior staff to improve product knowledge and sales capability.

Oversee onboarding of new customers with proper documentation and KYC.
