Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions.
• Drive the adoption of digital banking products and services by educating clients on features, benefits, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and risk management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital financial products.
