Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a sales professional to drive lead generation at account openings and service calls, while strengthening relationships with cluster heads to promote protection and annuity solutions.

The role involves engaging with bank staff and HNI clients for one-on-one selling, closing sales, and following up on issuances. Strong communication in English and regional language is mandatory, with 25–30 years age preference and conveyance advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Work Experience: Prefer 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field. If 1 year in LI field, then balance 2-3 years can be from BFSI vertical.
• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory).
• Age group: 25-30 years.
• Preferably has own conveyance.

• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan
• Business Leakage including cancellations
