Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a field sales professional in India to drive lead generation during account openings and service calls. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with cluster heads and staff to promote protection and annuities, while engaging HNI clients for one-to-one selling and closing sales with issuance follow-ups.

The candidate will increase bank customer awareness of life insurance solutions, aiming for targeted penetration in annuity and protection.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field; if 1 year in LI, then balance 2-3 years from BFSI.
• Good communication skills in English and regional language (mandatory).
• Age group: 25-30 years.
• Preferably has own conveyance.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation during account opening/service calls.
• Establish relationships with Cluster head and staff to gain mindshare on protection and annuity.
• Engage with HNI clients for one-on-one selling; close sale and follow up on issuance.

• Drive reward and recognition programs launched for bank staff.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on protection and Annuity
• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate.
• Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling
• Closing sale and following up on issuance.
• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan
• Business Leakage including cancellations

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• Work Experience: Prefer 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field. If 1 year in LI field, then balance 2-3 years can be from BFSI vertical.
• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years
• Preferably has own conveyance
