Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a field sales professional to drive lead generation at account opening, build strong ties with cluster heads, and represent life insurance solutions at corporate sites. The role emphasizes one‑on‑one selling to HNIs and close coordination with banks to boost annuity and protection penetration.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in life insurance (or 1 year LI plus 2–3 years BFSI), strong English and regional language skills, and be 25–30 with conveyance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of work experience in Life Insurance; 1 year in LI plus 2–3 years in BFSI acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a regional language (mandatory).
• Age 25–30 years.
• Preferably owns conveyance.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on protection and Annuity
• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate.)
• Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling
• Closing sale and following up on issuance.
• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan
• Business Leakage including cancellations
