Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a field sales professional in India to drive lead generation at account openings and service calls. You will establish and strengthen relationships with cluster heads and staff to promote protection and annuity products.

The role involves working at corporate sites, engaging with high-net-worth clients for one-on-one sales, closing policies, and following up on issuance. Preference is given to candidates with own conveyance and 1–4 years in life insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of work experience in life insurance.
• Good communication in English and regional language.
• Age 25-30 years.
• Preferably has own conveyance.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation at time of account opening or service call to customer.
• Establish and strengthen relationship with cluster head and staff to gain mindshare for protection and annuity.
• Involvement in work site activities (stall setups and presentations in corporate).
• Engage with high-net-worth clients for one-on-one selling.
• Close sales and follow up on issuance.
• Increase bank customers' awareness about life insurance solutions and achieve penetration on annuity and protection.
• Drive reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
• Train bank staff regularly on annuity and protection plans.
• Monitor business leakage including cancellations.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer
• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on protection and Annuity
• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate.
• Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling
• Closing sale and following up on issuance.
• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan
• Business Leakage including cancellations

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
• Work Experience: Prefer 1-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field.
• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years
• Preferably has own conveyance
