Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a field sales professional in India who will lead generation during account openings and service calls. You will strengthen relationships with cluster heads, conduct on-site activities, and engage with high-net-worth clients for personalized life insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes one-on-one selling, closing sales, and ensuring follow-ups on issuance, while promoting Annuity and protection plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Work Experience: 2-4 years in Life Insurance; if 1 year in LI, balance 2-3 years from BFSI.
• Good communication skills in English & regional language (mandatory)
• Age group: 25-30 years; own conveyance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call to customer.
• Strengthen relationships with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare on protection and Annuity.
• Work site activities (stalls, presentations) in corporate settings.
• Engage with HNI clients for one-on-one selling.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call being made to the customer


• Establishing & strengthening relationship with Cluster head & staff to gain mindshare from them on protection and Annuity


• Involvement in work site activities (putting up stalls and making presentations in corporate.


• Working, engaging and connecting with HNI clients for one on one selling


• Closing sale and following up on issuance.


• Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance solutions and achieve the targeted penetration on Annuity and protection


• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.


• Train the bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plan


• Business Leakage including cancellations

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline


• Work Experience: Prefer 2-4 years of work experience from Life Insurance field. If 1 year in LI field, then balance 2-3 years can be from BFSI vertical.


• Good communication skills English & regional language (mandatory)


• Age group: 25-30 years


• Preferably has own conveyance
