Wego Consultants is seeking ambitious insurance sales professionals in Gujarat. The role focuses on cross-selling life insurance to bank customers, building relationships, and expanding the customer base by leveraging bank databases and foot traffic.

You will identify financial needs, present suitable products, and drive policy issuance with accurate documentation. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience in insurance or BFSI, graduation in any field, and a proven track record.

Formación

• Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in insurance channels.
• Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.
• Graduation is must.

Responsabilidades

• Make appointments and explore customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas.
• Sell life/health/GI insurance products to bank customers through cross-selling.
• Support bank sales team and fellow relationship managers with product knowledge and selling skills.
• Achieve sales closure by facilitating documentation and timely policy issuance.
• Acquire customers through banks' databases, footfalls, and generated prospects.
• Explore opportunities to develop new markets in line with sales strategy.

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank

Cross selling of Life Insurance to the Bank customers.

Customer business development .

Relationship Management .

Will be in payrolls of the Insurance company .

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companies product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance preferred

Customers acquisition through resource utilization of banks database, foot falls, generated prospects.

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.

Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Required Candidate profile

Should have minimum 1 year sales experience in any of insurance channels. .Looking candidates from insurance, banking, pharma,retail, telecome and other sales verticals.

Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.

Graduation is must.

Good track record and employment stability is must.
