Job summary

Zoho in Chennai seeks a Team Lead / Team Manager / SDM with a degree in any field and 0–6 months in international banking. You will update customer accounts in client systems, handle daily requests, and meet SLA targets while communicating clearly with banking clients.

The role requires night shifts (6 PM–6 AM IST) and a hybrid work structure. Willingness to learn new databases and applications is essential; knowledge of mutual funds is a plus.

• Updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications.

• Basic knowledge of mutual funds would be advantageous.
• Taking action and responding to ad-hoc requests and escalations promptly.
• Timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers, bank customers, and prospects.
• Willingness to learn with limited training and complete knowledge of unique client databases/applications designed by the company.
• Meeting/exceeding customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality and TAT.
