Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support investment operations, client onboarding, documentation, transaction processing, data management, and daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation.
• Process mutual fund transactions, including:
  • SIP registrations
  • Redemptions
  • Additional purchases
• Maintain accurate client records, investment documents, and transaction data.
• Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, financial product providers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on pending applications, KYC issues, and transaction-related queries.
• Update CRM systems, MIS reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.
• Assist Relationship Managers with client service requests.
• Ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, data confidentiality, and compliance with applicable procedures.

Eligibility and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; commerce or finance graduates are preferred.
• Freshers may apply.
• Experience in financial services will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and computer operations.
