Neuraleap Group is seeking a dependable Mutual Fund Operations and Insurance Executive in Bengaluru. You will manage mutual fund processes, support insurance and fixed-income execution, and ensure accurate, timely client responses.

The role collaborates with clients, AMCs, insurers, and service partners. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ experience in wealth management, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NSE NMF and Zoho CRM.

Mutual Fund Operations and Insurance Executive

Location: Bengaluru

About The Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to manage mutual fund operations, support insurance and fixed-income execution, and ensure that every client request is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the client-facing team, clients, AMCs, insurers, and other service partners.

The right person will be comfortable with process-driven work, take ownership of follow-ups and records, and communicate with clients patiently and clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Mutual Fund Operations

• Process and track mutual fund transactions through the NSE NMF platform and, where required, through physical applications.
• Coordinate with AMCs and other service partners to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing.
• Execute investment plans and client requests, including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, and related operational requirements.
• Track SIP closures and pending requests, follow up for completion, and keep concerned team members informed.
• Handle non-routine transactions such as transmission, minor-to-major changes, tax-status changes, change of broker, and gifting or transfer of units.
• Maintain complete and accurate operational records for wealth-management and financial-planning clients in Zoho CRM, and reconcile with Investwell Mint back-office systems.

Insurance and Fixed-Income Support

• Support insurance policy processing, renewals, and client handholding in coordination with the internal team.
• Assist clients with policy maturity requirements and coordinate with relationship managers at LIC, ICICI Prudential Life, HDFC Life, and other insurers, as applicable.
• Manage the application, renewal, and onboarding process for fixed-income products such as fixed deposits and eligible bonds, including REC products.

Client Servicing and Records

• Guide clients through KYC, mandate and ACH registration, documentation, and other transaction requirements.
• Communicate with clients through email, telephone, and WhatsApp for transaction execution, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Respond to operational queries directly or coordinate with the client-facing team for timely resolution.
• Keep client data, application forms, and supporting documents updated and well organised across Zoho CRM, Investwell Mint, and office records.
• Update transactions in the MIS and CRM, reconcile them with back-office records, and prepare periodic client-wise reports.

Office Coordination

• Support routine administrative work that arises in the normal course of business, including petty-cash records and office stationery.
• Coordinate client birthday greetings and similar client-service activities.
• Coordinate new empanelments and operational requirements for PMS, AIF, SIF, and GIFT City offerings.
• Generate and maintain brokerage invoices for PMS and AIF transactions, where applicable.

What We Are Looking For

• A graduate in Commerce, an MBA, or a related qualification.
• Two to four years of relevant experience with a mutual fund distributor, wealth-management firm, AMC, or a similar organisation is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience with NSE NMF, Investwell Mint, and Zoho CRM will be an advantage. Experience with any MF online platform and any back office is a must.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is preferred.
• High attention to detail and comfort with accurate, process-oriented work.
• A client-service mindset, patience in follow-ups, and the ability to take ownership until a task is completed.
• Ability to organise multiple requests, meet timelines, maintain confidentiality, and work well with a team.
