Job summary

FinChikitsak in Pune is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to own the back-office for investment products and ensure smooth transaction, reconciliation and invoicing processes.

You will process mutual fund transactions on the NSE NMF II platform, manage PMS/AIF operations, maintain KYC/compliance, and coordinate with AMCs, RTAs and internal teams. A commerce degree, 2 years’ back-office experience and NISM certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of back-office experience in mutual funds/PMS/AIF.
• NISM certification is mandatory (e.g., NISM VA – Mutual Fund Distributors).
• Commerce graduate or equivalent degree.
• Hands-on with NSE NMF II platform and RTA processes (CAMS/KFintech).

Responsibilities

• Process and track mutual fund transactions on the NSE NMF II platform with accuracy.
• Handle PMS and AIF operations: onboarding docs, capital calls, fund statements, reconciliation.
• Maintain KYC and compliance documentation; support audits.
• Resolve client and partner queries on transactions, statements and servicing.
• Prepare MIS and operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, PMS/AIF providers and internal teams.

About the role

We are a AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor. We run a financial-services practice helping clients across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, insurance, loans and tax planning meet their financial goals. We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to own the back-office for our investment products and keep our transaction, reconciliation and invoicing processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track mutual fund transactions on the NSE NMF II platform; ensure timely, error-free execution.
• Handle PMS and AIF operations: client onboarding documentation, capital calls/drawdowns, fund statements, unit reconciliation and periodic reporting.
• Maintain KYC and compliance documentation; support audit and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve client and partner queries on transactions, statements and account servicing.
• Prepare MIS and operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, PMS/AIF providers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of back-office experience in the mutual fund / PMS / AIF industry (mandatory).
