Job summary

Radds Capital in Mumbai is seeking an agile Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned clients. You will ensure accurate, timely processing of SIP, STP, SWP, purchases, redemptions and switches while maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.

You'll coordinate with RTAs and platforms, keep CRM records up to date, generate portfolio reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Freshers with aptitude may also be considered.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations, Wealth Management, Financial Services.
• Experience with BSE Star MF, NSE NMF, CAMS, KFintech, MF Central, or similar platforms.
• NISM VA Certification will be an added Advantage.
• Freshers with exceptional aptitude and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for assigned clients.

• Coordinate documentation, client follow-ups, and backend activities.
• Assist in smooth execution of operational workflows across the organization.

Cross-Functional Support
