• Coordinate with Insurance Companies to resolve data discrepancies
• Prepare operational reports/data and support day-to-day back-office tasks

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Receive and manage daily MIS data from various General Insurance companies.

• Perform thorough data matching between Insurance Company MIS reports and internal system records using MS Excel.

• Update policy statuses in the system (e.g., Issued, Rejected) along with key details such as Risk Start/End Date, Issued Premium, Policy Numbers, etc.

• Coordinate and follow up with Insurance Companies as and when required to resolve data discrepancies.

• Prepare various operational reports/data and support day-to-day routine back-office tasks as and when required.

• Must-have Excel Skills: Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation).

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred Experience: Candidate from Insurance Companies, Insurance Broking firms, or financial background.
