Job summary

Celebrate financial services IMF Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced insurance back-office professional to handle proposal processing, renewals, endorsements, and data management. The candidate should have 13 years in insurance back-office or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with insurers and customers while maintaining accurate documentation.

Kannada and English language knowledge is preferred, with Hindi a plus; candidates with renewal/claims

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / BBM / Insurance-related qualification preferred.
• 13 years of experience in insurance back-office, insurance broking, agency, banking or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of General Insurance / Health Insurance / Motor Insurance will be an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and email/internet-based tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination with insurance companies, TPAs and customers.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred; Hindi would be an added advantage.
• Experience in renewals, endorsements, claims coordination and policy servicing will be preferred.
