Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Insurance based in Jaipur, with strong experience in an Insurance Broking Firm and a good understanding of General Insurance products, operations, compliance, MIS, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance quotation analysis, product comparison, KYC & IRDAI compliance, MIS preparation, MS Excel, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage KYC and IRDAI-related compliance requirements.
• Analyze and compare insurance quotations from different insurers.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for business and operational reporting.
• Manage insurance applications and coordinate with internal teams and insurers.
• Compare product features, coverage, benefits, pricing, and terms of different insurance companies.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Motor, Health, and other General Insurance products.
• Monitor business performance and prepare analytical reports.
• Prepare regular MIS and other reports for the Director and Principal Officer.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of total experience, with relevant experience in General Insurance.
• Insurance Broking Firm experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in General Insurance Broking Operations will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of Motor, Health, and other General Insurance products.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in MIS preparation, data analysis, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Knowledge of IRDAI regulations, KYC, and insurance compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working or having prior experience with an Insurance Broking Firm will be preferred. The candidate should understand the end-to-end insurance broking process, including quotation analysis, insurer comparison, product evaluation, MIS reporting, compliance, and management reporting.
