About the Role

The Back End Operations Executive supports the Selective Systems order journey from quotation and order processing through procurement coordination, dispatch tracking, and documentation.

This role keeps sales, site, procurement, vendors, and installation teams aligned so order specifications, quantities, prices, timelines, and material readiness stay accurate.

The role is full-time, in-office from Charni Road, Mumbai, Monday‑Saturday, 10 AM-7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, order documents, and system entries from sales inputs and measurement sheets.
• Raise and track purchase orders with Tostem/LIXIL and other suppliers, follow dispatch timelines, and flag shortages or delays.
• Maintain invoices, gate passes, delivery challans, order trackers, CRM/ERP status, and periodic order‑status reports.
• Follow up calmly and repeatedly with vendors, suppliers, sales, site, and installation teams to ensure smooth order and dispatch workflows.
• Ensure accuracy in MS Excel, CRM/ERP tools, order trackers, quotations, and invoices.

Requirements

Experience around 1 year is useful; applicants below that level can still apply as the hiring team reviews role fit, ownership, communication, and transferable experience together.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tostem/LIXIL, Odoo, aluminium windows, fenestration, building materials, manufacturing, or dispatch coordination.
• Commerce or business administration background is useful, but practical coordination and accuracy matter most.
• Comfort using trackers, CRM/ERP dashboards, and structured follow-up notes.
