Job summary

Ayur.AI is opening an integrative Metabolic Clinic in Ludhiana, in collaboration with Bawa Hospital. The Ayurveda Patient Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact, guiding patients to the Ayurveda kiosk and coordinating consultations with the Ayurveda doctor.

The role requires excellent communication in Punjabi, Hindi, and optionally English, with a friendly, proactive, and organized approach to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Any degree related to Medical, Science, Pharmacy stream.
• Experience in healthcare, patient relations, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
• Identify patients who may benefit from Ayurveda services.
• Guide patients to the Ayurveda kiosk.
• Explain the benefits and availability of Ayurveda treatment in simple language.
• Encourage eligible patients to meet the Ayurveda doctor for a consultation.
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow to the consultation room.
• Maintain records of patient interactions, referrals, and consultations.
• Follow up with patients when required.
• Work closely with doctors and hospital staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kiosk.

The role involves guiding patients to the Ayurveda kiosk, introducing them to the available Ayurveda services, answering basic queries, and coordinating consultations with the Ayurveda doctor.
