Qualifications

• BAMS and valid registration with the medical council.

• Clear health education and preventive wellness promotion.
• Comfort with digital tools and electronic medical records for documentation.
• Experience in a clinical setting; integrative medicine exposure is a plus.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ajmer and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Ayurveda Doctor (BAMS) role based in Ajmer. The Ayurveda Doctor will conduct thorough patient consultations, assess health conditions using Ayurvedic principles, and prescribe individualized treatment plans, including herbal medicines, diet, lifestyle, and detox therapies. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment as needed to ensure safe and effective care. The doctor will provide clear health education to patients, support preventive wellness programs, and collaborate with the clinical and support teams to ensure a high standard of service. The role may also involve contributing to internal protocols, participating in case discussions, and supporting the organization’s mission to promote natural healing.

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution; valid registration with the relevant medical council.
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnostics, herbal formulations, Panchakarma, and lifestyle-based therapies.
• Ability to conduct detailed case-taking, design personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care.
• Effective communication skills for explaining concepts to patients in clear, empathetic, and culturally sensitive ways.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and electronic medical records for documentation and coordination of care.
• Demonstrated commitment to holistic, ethical, and patient-centric practice, with a focus on preventive health and long-term wellbeing.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred; exposure to integrative or alternative medicine environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
