Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in Amazon Connect
• Hands-on experience in Amazon Connect contact flow development
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
• Experience in IVR design and customer contact center solutions
• Expertise in API integrations and serverless architecture
• Experience troubleshooting contact center and telephony issues
• Strong understanding of cloud security and IAM concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
