Job summary

Maneva Consulting is seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer for locations in Hyderabad and Chennai. The role requires 4-10 years of IT experience with hands-on Connect, AWS Lambda, and Python or Node.js proficiency.

You will design, implement, and support contact center solutions, integrate with AWS services and enterprise apps, and ensure secure, scalable operations across production environments.

Qualifications

Requirements-

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda, along with strong programming knowledge in Python or Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Develop and customize contact flows, routing, queues, IVR, and related Amazon Connect components.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for Amazon Connect integrations and automation.
• Develop backend integrations using Python and/or Node.js.
• Troubleshoot Amazon Connect, Lambda, and integration-related issues.
• Work with APIs and third-party applications to integrate contact center solutions.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, and business teams to deliver contact center solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
