Job summary

Databuzz in Hyderabad is seeking an AWS Connect developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and optimize contact center solutions. You will work with AWS Connect, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Lambda to deliver scalable contact flows, integrate telephony/IVR, and ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AWS Connect-based contact center solutions.
• Experience in architecture planning, migration, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in platform/middleware design and data architecture guidance.
• Knowledge of SOPs, documentation, and reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing fixes.
• Plan for and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration functions for own tower
• Review the technical performance of own tower and deploy ways to improve efficiency, fine tune performance and reduce challenges
• Develop shift rosters for the team to ensure continuous tower operations
• Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance
• Provide weekly status reports to client leadership and internal stakeholders on database activities and progress
• Leverage automation to develop Service Improvement Plans (SIP) for higher efficiency and effectiveness
