Labdhi Lifestyle Limited in Mumbai is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee end-to-end real estate operations, including post-sales, construction, and approvals. You will drive strategy, processes, SOPs, and performance metrics to boost efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires deep expertise in DCPR 2034 and UDCPR Maharashtra, hands-on construction and post-sales operations, and a track record of leading large cross-functional teams to meet revenue and service targets.

Formación

• 15+ years of real estate operations experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of DCPR 2034 & UDCPR Maharashtra.
• Hands-on construction management and post-sales operations; familiarity with legal/commercial frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end real estate operations, including post-sales, construction and approvals.
• Develop and implement SOPs, processes and performance metrics to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage large cross-functional teams to meet operational, revenue, productivity and SLA targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, CRM, Compliance and senior mgmt for smooth project execution.
• Monitor MIS, dashboards and KPIs; drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end real estate operations, including post-sales, construction and technical approvals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, SOPs, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams, ensuring achievement of operational, revenue, productivity, and service-level targets.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, CRM, Compliance, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor operational performance through MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and periodic reviews, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile

• 15+ years of real estate operations experience, with substantial experience in a senior operations leadership role
• Deep knowledge and current relevant experience of DCPR 2034 & UDCPR Maharashtra
• Hands on experience in construction management and post sales operations along with necessary knowledge of legal and commercial frameworks.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or a related specialization preferred.
