Dmartindia in Thane, Maharashtra seeks a land/BD coordinator to monitor site progress and secure legal/Govt approvals across multiple locations. You will travel extensively to liaise with landlords and officials, expedite approvals with management, and coordinate with design teams to speed up submission drawings.

Monthly progress reports and registration closure support are part of the role. Applicants should be graduates (any field) or postgraduates; architects are welcome.

Job Description

Job Description 1.)Basic role is to monitor the progress of various sites for completion of legal due diligence/Govt approvals. 2.)Travel to respective towns/cities and meet landlords to understand the status of approvals. If required meet Govt officials to understand the bottlenecks in getting construction approvals. 3.)Discuss with management, propose solutions to expedite approval process. 4.)Coordinate with internal design team to expedite submission drgs. 5.)Submit monthly report to management on progress of properties assigned. 6.) Coordination with the Projects team for closing open ends for registration. 7.)Expedite the overall process from MOU signing till registration of the property.

Candidate Profile Should be ready to Travel across different states and towns. Extensive travelling required.
