Job summary

Gulshan Homz is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15–25 years in construction and real estate to lead large residential/high-rise projects in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will drive project planning, contracts, cost control, quality and safety while coordinating with contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, ownership of time, cost, quality, and delivery, and excels in stakeholder communication to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 15 to 25 years of experience in construction/project management, with substantial experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong experience in managing large residential/high-rise real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, project planning, contracts, cost control, quality and safety.
• Proven experience in handling contractors, consultants, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Capable of independently managing a project and taking complete ownership of time, cost, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large residential/high-rise real estate projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities to overcome challenges.
• Maintain quality, safety and cost controls while meeting project milestones and budget.
