Job summary

Awfis Space Solutions Limited seeks a Senior Manager for Real Estate Operations & Governance to drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across multiple teams and ensure effective management of real estate operations and strategic initiatives.

The role involves leading site visits and assessments, coordinating lease agreements and legal documentation, and owning real estate reporting and governance processes to support leadership and drive standardization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, finance, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Operations, PMO or Corporate Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams.
• Lead site reccy, site visits and preliminary location assessments.
• Coordinate LOIs, Term Sheets, Lease/Leave & License agreements and property documentation.
• Track negotiations, approvals, milestones and critical action items to closure.
• Own Real Estate MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reporting.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, consultants and other external stakeholders.
• Support leadership on governance, escalations, reviews and strategic Real Estate initiatives.
• Drive process discipline, documentation and standardization across the Pan-India portfolio.

• Drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams.

• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with legal frameworks related to real estate.
