Job summary

Clix Capital Services Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Collections Strategy leader to oversee end-to-end collections and recovery operations, design strategies, and manage budgets and portfolios. You will collaborate with Account Management, Data Analytics, and Product teams to drive performance and implement technology-driven workflows.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder communication, and scalable processes to improve collection efficiency and customer lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Have complete oversight of Collections & Recovery with process, structure, business systems & operational solution perspective.
• Design, develop and execute Collections strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
• Manage all lending portfolios & products of Clix and oversee collection activities to maximize efficiency.
• Perform as a Subject Matter Expert in Collections Strategy to manage discussions and decisions from portfolio process designs, reporting systems, and proposed technology workflows
• Define and allocate annual, quarterly and monthly collection budget metrics to allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with the key account management team to expand the portfolio and unlock new use cases.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the data analytics team to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance collection processes and user experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to design effective collection campaigns.
• Ensure effective consumer lifecycle management to maximize collection efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and optimize collection performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in collection management.
