Job summary

Finnable Bengaluru is seeking an experienced professional to lead Collections/Analytics/Strategy for consumer lending. You should have 8–10 years’ experience and the ability to design and implement a best-in-class collections strategy across channels.

You will analyse data to identify trends, drive efficient collections through digital channels and cost-focused productivity initiatives, and work with contact centre and dialler platforms to maximize contactability and resolution.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in consumer lending Collections/Analytics/Strategy.
• Ability to conceive and implement collections strategy for best-in-class resolution rates.
• Understanding of multiple collections channels like BOT, call centre, non-touch/non-intrusive channels, and field force.
• Experience with Contact Centre and Dialler Management is an advantage; knowledge of telephony platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Post graduation will be preferred.

• Devising and Driving Collections strategy for the organisation and ensuring delivery of best-in class roll rates.
• Analysing data to identify emerging trends and quickly respond with solutions to maximize collections efficiency.

Are you the right person for the job?

• If you have 8 – 10 years of experience in consumer lending Collections/Collections or Analytics/Strategy. You should be able to conceive and implement collections strategy to deliver best-in-class resolution rates. Understanding of multiple collections channels like BOT, call centre, non-touch/non-intrusive channels, and field force. You should be able to prioritize the calling queue across multiple channels driving the best contactability and resolution
• Experience with Contact Centre and Dialler Management is an advantage. Knowledge of telephony platforms is preferred
• If you are intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness

Qualifications

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Post graduation will be preferred

• Clear and concise communication skills (written & oral), exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of the standard business applications (MS Office)
