Job summary

archVi in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Experience Centre Technology / AV Solutions professional to own technology planning and execution for real estate Experience Centres, Sales Galleries, Marketing Offices, and immersive customer spaces.

You will lead system design, manage multiple vendors, and ensure seamless integration of LED, AV, AI, VR/AR technologies to deliver engaging viewer experiences and higher conversion.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in AV Solutions, Experience Centres, Smart Spaces, Immersive Technology, System Integration, or related fields.
• Strong experience working on Real Estate Experience Centres / Sales Galleries / Marketing Offices is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Active LED / DVLED technology.
• Strong understanding of AV system design and integration.
• Experience working with AV system integrators and technology vendors.
• Good understanding of networking and basic IT infrastructure required for AV systems.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Experience Centre Technology / AV Solutions professional who can take ownership of technology planning and execution for real estate Experience Centres, Sales Galleries, Marketing Offices, and immersive customer experience spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technology planning, design, and execution of Experience Centres and real estate Sales Galleries.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into complete technology solutions.
• Design technology experiences that improve customer engagement and sales conversion.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, developers, AV vendors, technology partners, and internal teams.
• Manage technology installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

AV Solutions

• Strong knowledge of professional AV systems, video walls, projectors, LED displays, audio systems, control systems, media servers, and interactive technologies.
• Design and manage AV solutions based on space, content, audience experience, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, system architecture, and vendor requirements.
• Evaluate AV vendors and technology partners and manage technical execution.

Active LED / LED Technology

• Strong practical knowledge of Active LED / Direct View LED (DVLED) solutions.
• Understanding of:
• LED pitch and pixel density
• LED cabinets and modules
• LED processors and controllers
• Receiving cards and sending cards
• LED wall resolution and aspect ratios
• Installation structures and maintenance
• Ability to evaluate LED specifications and recommend the right solution based on the viewing distance, room size, content and budget.
• Coordinate LED installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Interactive & Immersive Technology

• Knowledge of interactive displays, touchscreens, projection mapping, immersive rooms, VR/AR, interactive tables, motion sensors, kiosks, digital signage, and gesture-based technologies.
• Understand how different technologies can be integrated into a single customer journey.
• Work with software and creative teams to ensure hardware and content work seamlessly together.
• Prepare project timelines and coordinate multiple vendors.
• Monitor budgets, BOQs, procurement, installation, and project milestones.
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution meets technical and design requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and handover reports.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience working on Real Estate Experience Centres / Sales Galleries / Marketing Offices is highly preferred.
