Job Title: Architect – Client Coordination & QC

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect who can act as the bridge between clients and internal visualization teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and design concepts, and be able to QC files, interpret client inputs, and ensure accuracy before project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination

• Review and understand project requirements shared by clients (drawings, references, and design details).
• Clarify technical queries directly with clients or project architects when needed.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal 3D/Design teams.

2. Drawing Review & Quality Check

• Review and validate architectural drawings (CAD / PDF / Layouts) received from clients.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in dimensions, materials, or design intent before production.
• Conduct QC checks on visualization-ready files to ensure design accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Work closely with 3D modelers, visualization artists, and project managers to convey design intent clearly.
• Provide guidance and clarifications to the production team for accurate representation of spaces, materials, and compositions.

3. Process & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation of client communication and project updates.
• Contribute to improving quality control and standardization processes for architectural inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in architectural design, QC, or 3D visualization coordination.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details).
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (basic visualization understanding is a plus).
