Job summary

archVi is seeking an Unreal Engine Artist Team Lead to design, build and optimize real-time ArchViz experiences for real estate projects across India. You will lead the visualization team, mentor peers, and deliver immersive 3D environments using UE5.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, UI/UX designers, and PMs, with responsibility for blueprint/C++ development, asset pipelines, and roadmap contributions. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Unreal Engine development in ArchViz/real estate visualisation.
• Strong Blueprint scripting with working knowledge of C++.
• Experience delivering real-time architectural walkthroughs and interactive UIs.
• Experience mentoring technical teammates and leading projects.
• Familiarity with source control and project pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize real-time interactive Unreal Engine 5 systems for architectural visualization.
• Build and maintain walkthroughs, navigation, configurators, POI, and interactive UI/UX.
• Design input systems for keyboard/mouse, touch, gamepad, and VR controllers.

• Package and deliver stable Windows builds (VR / Pixel Streaming a plus).
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and PMs to translate requirements into experiences.
• Contribute to technical planning and Unreal Engine roadmap.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Unreal Engine Developer with a strong background in Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) to join our growing visualization team. You will design, build, and optimize real-time 3D interactive experiences for real estate, master-planned communities, and architectural projects — turning static designs into immersive, explorable digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize real-time interactive Systems in Unreal Engine 5 for architectural and real estate visualization.
• Build and maintain walkthrough navigation systems, camera controls, Property/unit configurators, POI/navigation systems and interactive UI/UX for end users.
• Design and implement input and interaction systems supporting keyboard/mouse, touch, gamepad, VR controllers, and other target platforms as required.
• Implement Blueprint and C++ systems for interactivity, environment logic, and custom tools.
• Package and deliver stable builds for Windows (VR / Pixel Streaming is a plus).
• Collaborate closely with 3D Artists, Architects, UI/UX Designers, Technical Artists, and Project Managers to translate architectural and design requirements into interactive real-time experiences.
• Contribute to technical planning and help define the studio's Unreal Engine roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5), preferably in ArchViz, AEC, real estate, simulation, gaming, or interactive visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Blueprints; working knowledge of C++ is a plus.
• Solid understanding of real-time rendering pipelines: Lumen, Nanite, Lighting/GI, Post Process Volumes, Materials & Shaders, Level Streaming, World Partition
• Experience building interactive UI/UX (UMG) for architectural walkthroughs, configurators, or virtual tours.
• Working knowledge of version control (Perforce/Git) and structured project pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced studio environment.
• A proactive, collaborative leader with a track record of mentoring or leading technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities across multidisciplinary projects.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Unreal networking/Integrate Unreal Engine applications with external APIs, databases, CRM systems, or other PropTech platforms where required.
• Background in AEC, Gaming Industry, Prior experience in a real estate tech, PropTech, or architectural visualization studio.
