Job summary

archVi is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support project execution, coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of projects to clients.

You will collaborate with 3D artists, designers, video editors, developers, Unreal artists and other teams, ensuring briefs and assets are ready and tracked. This role emphasizes strong communication and fast-paced coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination or a similar role.
• Experience in Creative Agency, Real Estate, Architectural Visualization, PropTech, Production House, Digital Agency, or Technology company preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from briefing to final delivery and create clear tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, approvals and updates.
• Coordinate with 3D artists, designers and technical teams to ensure briefs and assets are provided.
• Track milestones, conduct basic quality checks and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Support the Senior Project Manager and manage multiple projects concurrently.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can support project execution, coordinate with internal creative and technical teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Assist in managing projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project tasks and timelines.
• Prepare project trackers, schedules, task lists, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track.

Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients for project requirements, feedback, approvals, and updates.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project.
• Schedule review meetings and ensure feedback is properly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.
• Escalate project delays, scope changes, or critical issues to the Senior Project Manager.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with 3D artists, designers, video editors, developers, Unreal artists, and other creative/technical teams.
• Ensure team members have the required briefs, references, assets, and information to execute their tasks.
• Track revisions and ensure feedback is implemented correctly.
• Follow up on pending tasks and dependencies.

Project Delivery & Quality

• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Conduct basic quality checks before client submissions.
• Ensure files, assets, presentations, and deliverables are properly organized.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, client feedback, and approval records.
• Prepare regular project status updates.
• Maintain proper documentation of project requirements, revisions, and final approvals.
• Identify recurring project issues and suggest process improvements.

Who We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Client Servicing, Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in a Creative Agency, Real Estate, Architectural Visualization, PropTech, Production House, Digital Agency, or Technology company is preferred.
• Good understanding of project timelines, task management, and team coordination.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with creative and technical teams.
• Basic understanding of 3D visualization, architectural drawings, video production, digital products, or AI tools will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
