Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive design and training.
• Experience with automotive OEMs, EV startups, and product development.
• Proficiency in CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE and strong CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-focused training programs for automotive and EV product development.
• Train students, faculty and industry professionals via classroom and lab sessions.
• Develop training material for foundation, advanced, and certification programs; supervise capstone projects.

About the Role

The JSS EV Centre of Excellence is looking for an Automotive Design Engineer & Technical Trainer to lead design-focused training programs in automotive and electric vehicle product development. The candidate will train students, faculty, and industry professionals using industry-standard CAD, CAE, 3D Experience plattform and PLM tools while mentoring design projects and supporting industry collaborations.

The role combines technical design expertise with academic delivery and hands-on laboratory guidance.
