Job summary

Anudip is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Electric Vehicle (EV) to design and deliver industry-oriented EV training for ITI students. The role includes conducting Train-the-Trainer programs to upskill ITI instructors and develop practical labs, assessments, and course materials.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive or Mechatronics and has 5+ years in EV/Automation/training. Travel to ITI colleges for on-site delivery will be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of EV/Automotive/Electrical industry or training experience preferred.
• Experience in ITI, Polytechnic, Skill Development or vocational training is an advantage.
• Experience in Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs is preferred.
• Strong practical/hands-on EV knowledge and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training on EV technology for ITI students.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for ITI faculty/instructors.
• Develop training modules, presentations, practical exercises, assessments and lab activities.
• Cover EV fundamentals, EV architecture, battery systems, BMS, motors, controllers, charging systems and EV safety.
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations and practical troubleshooting sessions.
• Train faculty on effective delivery of EV curriculum and practical sessions.
• Support ITI colleges in setting up and effectively utilizing EV labs/equipment.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate student/faculty learning outcomes.
• Keep training content aligned with current EV industry technologies and practices.

Role Purpose:

To design and deliver industry-oriented Electric Vehicle training for ITI students and conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs to build the technical capability of ITI instructors/faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

Could be structured as Project-based / Consultant / Part-time SME, depending on the training calendar and number of ITI colleges.
