Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking a Manager to oversee build responsibilities and deliverables for automotive implements. The role requires testing and leadership across Indian and global markets, with oversight of test planning, data analysis, and certification coordination.

The incumbent will drive design improvements based on testing outcomes and coordinate with R&D and program management to ensure timelines are met, while exploring cost-saving testing innovations.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Engineering required.
• 15–20 years of testing/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and project planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performance, suitability and reliability testing of automotive implements for Indian and global markets.
• Comparative performance trials with Competitor’s products.
• Lead Testing Team, test planning and resource scheduling.
• Provide testing verdict for product acceptance/rejection based on test data.
• Create DVPs in line with product requirements and RWUP.
• Coordinate with RandD and Program Management to meet project timelines.
• Explore innovative/alternate testing methods to save time and cost.
• Coordinate with government testing institutes for testing and certification.
• Suggest design changes and product improvements based on testing data.
